Experience Frost Mountain Yurts

Frost Mountain offers 4 beautiful yurts. Each yurt features; 3 bunk bed sets, 2 pull out couches/futons, wood stove, table and 4 chairs, a gas stove with fuel, dishes and cookware, an 8 cup coffee percolator, fire pit and benches, a hammock, gas grill, cards and games, and much more! The yurts do not have running water or electricity, allowing you to truly experience the great outdoors, but they do each have an adjacent porta-potty complete with toilet paper!

When packing for your adventure, be sure to bring sleeping bags or sheets/blankets, food and water, pillows, a cooler for refrigerated items, and a flashlight.

Attractions Near Brownfield, Maine

Frost Mountain Yurts has its very own network of hiking, snowshoe, and XC ski trails. During the winter months, sledding is available and the International Snowmobile Trail Network is connected to Frost Mountain.

Bring your mountain bike! The village of Fryeburg is located nearby and they recently completed a 4 mile stretch of the Mountain Division Trail. The Mt. Washington Valley boasts great singletrack trails for riders of all abilities.

If you’re looking for hidden swimming holes, don’t miss out on Evans Notch in the White Mountains! There is also a beach near Frost Mountain as well as numerous lakes for fishing.
