Visitors have their choice of full hookup RV sites, tent camping, cozy cabins, and Tepees. The cabins are located throughout the campground and can sleep anywhere between 2 and 4 people. For larger groups or families, The Outpost Lodge features a full kitchen, two restrooms, and sleep up to 7 people.

The Ririe Reservoir, only a 15 mile drive, and Palisade Reservoir, located within Palisade State Park, are both great options for fishing, boating, waterskiing,and other water activities. Palisade State Park also offers great hiking, OHV riding, and golf.

At Mountain River, campers of all ages will find something to love. The park is located on the South Fork of the Snake River which is famous for its trout fishery, and fisherman young and old will enjoy the stocked trout pond. Other fun activities include sporting clays and wagon rides.
